i am referring to the hostage drama where an engineer (Ducat) took hostages of children in a bus. Ayon sa kanya ginawa niya yon i hostage daming mga bata sa loob ng bus para lang makuha attention ng government to change system of education and to stop politicking.
ano ba psyche nio rito? tnx

Theory:
It was a farce, a campaign strategy gone too far starring Ramon 'Bong' Revilla Jr. and Chavit 'Jueteng' Singson and some guy (Ducat) they picked to act as the bad guy.

apart from his 15 mins of fame, this man is not our "typical" hostage taker ... having said that it would be interesting to psycho-analyze Engr Armando Ducat Jr.
facts:
March 28, 2007 >>> threatened to set off a grenade on a bus full of children and ranted a litany of sociopolitical grievances
1989 >>> also held hostage two priests in Sta. Cruz, Manila, over a building contract dispute
1995 >>> he climbed to the top of the 18-meter Mabuhay Rotonda boundary between Manila and Quezon City for a hunger strike, urging voters to reject candidates of Chinese ancestry
Ducat then was reported to be the founding chair of a group called Kadugong Liping Pilipino (Kalipi).
February 2001 >>> He carried out what authorities considered to be a "citizen's arrest" and nabbed two Bureau of Internal Revenue officers who allegedly extorted P100,000 from Korean companies in Cavite province. Ducat made the arrests because he wanted foreign firms to pay the correct taxes to the government.
Accdg to his son Buboy, Ducat owns a construction firm, a handicraft factory, and the Spring Green Village subdivision in Cavite. He also finances the primary education of up to 100 children each year in Tondo. He
recently underwent heart surgery at Cardinal Santos Hospital, not a heavy drinker and also not known to burst into heated political discourse with his family members and circle of friends. Family also denied that he could be mentally unstable.

for the past 10 yrs, hostage taking incidents in the philippines ar mostly committed by MDIs - the mentally deranged individuals, except a few committed by criminal terrorist...rare are those committed by political terrorists.
in the case of Ducat, we believe its not politically connected. the person is just plain and simple psychopathic - has personality disorder - being narcissistic (KSP)...NYA HA HA  i agree with u po, my personality disorder nga sila- being narcissistic ...mga walng magawa they wanted to be feel so important...ewww..without thinking the feelings of otherss..the question there is anung gagawin sa ganitong tao? |
