filipino culture a bar to strict enforcement of laws and policies?

may utang na loob ako kay ganito kaya pagbibigyan ko muna siya

hindi ko huhulihin ito kasi matalik na kaibigan ko ang tatay niya

hindi ko mahuli ang anak ni brgy. captain chorva dahil ang police station ko nakikiapid sa barangay niya

hindi ko mahuli si mayor dahil ang budget ng police station ko halos sa kanya nanggagaling tapos baka ipaassign niya ako sa kangkungan!  "political influences sa PNP, is it good? bakit kailangan ang mga yan, it just compromises the PNP personnel...marami akong complain!!!! duduguin kayo!

pareho narin yan,,, ireserach para malaman kung nakakaganda ba or hindi, kung nakakaganda pakiexplain sakin ng mahusay at ng maintindihan ko

at may isa pang kinokomplain ang mga concern citizen.. bakit kailangan matataas ang mga ranko ng doctors at dentists at pari sa mga ibang personnel...paano nga naman magpapagamot ang isang P01 sa senior inspector? o inspector? eh kung dentista ko superior sa akin, abay kahit na mamatay na ang iba sa sakit masasabi ba nilang ...MASAKIT PO, ANG BIGAT NG KAMAY NIYO!!!! haha! ako kaya ko, eh wala akong care, pero ang mga iba naku... titiisin nila yan..come to think of it, it doen's make any sense...tapos they can even practice med sa labas, ginawang sideline ang PNP...bakit nga naman di nalang gawing pribado ang mga yan, we have private hospitals. di na kailangan ang mga doctor sa loob ng PNP, ipatawag mo nalang pag kailangan ng doctor. Ang kumontra DOCTOR! haha!
