how can the PNP cope up with the many cases of evidence tampering in the philippines? ithas an inept and money-brazen justice system.

how reliable are the SOCO or pnp labs? remember that pidal thing? how credible is it in thephil.court of justice?.. ;D

classified..? will classified material be declassified in court when asked for evidence? what is classified and not? ;D

i still believe on the criminal justice system just like what most police do, the challenge of facing the corrupt system is utmost the concern now like any other profession.

the SOCO is good, of course reliable, we just need to train more our people in handling the SOCO process/system and prevent our men in uniform to be politicized...like  in that pidal case 


on evidence tampering, its a Big NO NO in the CJS, one can be heavily punished for this. Well, corruption is everywhere, right?

evidence tampering is the easiest option for cover-ups in ther phil.? .. ;D just like the votes, everything is tampered with..

tampering can also lead to blackmail..when can i find this in our lawbooks?

question lang po.... where do they keep evidences confiscated? like tons of shabu and prohibited drugs and chemicals? i heard lang po na they have storage... but how secured it is... like the pirated cd's and vcd's? inuuwi naman ata nila e... i saw one... hehehe

Of course. evidence tampering is patently illegal and may land you in jail instead of the accused person. But why tamper evidence in the first place, for what? Corruption na naman. Many of us in doing so, forgot something when we took our oath as law enforcement officer, that is to punish wrongdoers.
