would DNA count under this topic?

Have u guys been following the Anna Nicole Smith drama? Sensationalism aside, I find it insightful on how the legal system and media can be manipulated for one's own agenda. But there is no disputing what the good old school evidences would show. Supposedly the floridian medical examiner will be releasing cause of death results tomorrow. I would be interested to see what the toxicology results are and if indeed she did have a massive infection. Stay tuned.

WHOOHAA!!  , i am not following anna's case except that i miss her apprearances in my monthly playboy magz...wahahah...kidding aside, DNA is the latest tech man could use to detect any human biological connection with anything on genetic influence. and it is accepted in the legal system. Hence, in the case of nicole's mysterious death (and to clear all the other issues sorrounding her death.. familial possession and heirs...the richness) DNA could be the answer!!

Tsk tsk.. the price of Fame!

so now we know that it was a combined drug intoxication that killed her. Those meds include chloral hydrate, ativan, growth hormone, vit b12, diphenhydramine, etc BUT not including widely reported methadone, and other pain meds those supposedly media experts claim she had "overdosed" on.

Tho ME reported it was an acidental death.. am sure will not stop ANS greedy mom to file a civil lawsuit vs Howard K Stern. And the drama continues...

Ciao!

from tmz.com:

autopsy report----> www.aolcdn.com/tmz_documents/ans_autopsy_report_wm.pdf

Along with the list of nine drugs found in her system, Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy report also bizarrely reveals that her "anus is unremarkable."

In the eight page report obtained by TMZ, Dr. Perper describes, in detail, the condition of Anna's body.

The report lists every mark on Anna's body, even tattoos. Smith's body art included the words "Daniel" and "Papas," a pair of red lips, a Playboy bunny, a combination of a Christ head, a bible, a naked women's torso and a smiling Marilyn Monroe among others.

On a positive note, Anna's fingernails and toenails were both listed as "clean."

Nyak. You mean to say her anus amazingly managed to remain clean? Aside from toe and fingernails of course. ;D

medico-legal aspect on death..
death: is the termination of life.. it is the complete cessation of all the vital functions without possibility of resuscitation..
importance of death determination:
1. the civil personality of a natural person is extinguished by death..
2. the property of a person is transmitted to his heir at the time of his death..
3. the death of a partner causes dissolution in partnership..
4. death of either agent of principal is code of extinguishment of agent..
5. the criminal liability of a person is extinguished by death..
6. the civil case for claim, which does not survive, is dismissed upon death of the defendant..
;D ;D

Legal medicines will remain in the annals of our criminal justice system because without the legal determination of the cause of death or extent of injury of the victims, the court will be hard put to convict or acquit the accuse person.
