The situation will contain a statement of what is the prevailing situation in your area or this will form part of the background of you opord. The mission will tell us what you want to accomplish expressed in terms of task and purpose.The execution portion will tell us who will do what. That is the unit/office tasked to perform specific tasks and shall also contain the Commander's Intent so the unit/individual will be guided accordingly in the absence of specific guidance in the course of executing the accomplishment of the mission. The Admin and Log portion will tell us who will be responsible for providing the support needed to execute the mission. Support include financial and logistics like ammos, gasoline, vehicles, etc,. The Command and Signal will tell us who is the Commander and his Asst task to ovewrsee the execution and where his Hqs is located as well as how they can be contacted thru tel or whatever means of cummunications. Don't forget the paragraph on Coordinating Instructions which shall contain information common to all participating units/individual.
