While the BAR examniation is going on, issues affecting the judiciary is on its height again. Some CA justices were placed in "hot water" due to some graft and corrupt practices...do you think these issues affect a bar examinee in any way?

i don't believe so. Only if you are related to those judges given punishment by the Supreme Court. Lawyers need to realize that just like any other profession or position held, you sworn to serve to the best of your ability and observe the ethical construct of your profession. Those who violate their oath should be given the harshest punishment as deterrent to others.
