This is to share with you that the 2008 Board Examination will follow the two day examination schedule like what happened on March. Below is the Schedule.

Date: August 24-25, 2008

FIRST DAY -

7:00 a.m - 7:45 a.m - General Instructions and Filling up of Forms

SUBJECTS

Criminal Jurisprudence and Procedure (20%)

  8:00 a.m - 11:30 a.m
  Crim Law Book 1, Crim Law Book 2, Crim Procedure, Evidence

Law Enforcement Administration (20%)

  12:30 p.m - 3:30 p.m
  Police Org & Admin, Patrol Org & Operation, Police Operational Planning
  Police Intelligence and Secret Service, Industrial Security Management

Correctional Administration (10%)

  4:30 p.m - 6:00 p.m
  Penal Management, Correction and Rehabilitation, and Probation

SECOND DAY  

Criminalistics (20%)

  8:00 a.m - 11:30 a.m
  Police Photography, Personal Identification. Forensic Medicine, Lie Detection & Interrogation
  Forensic Ballistics, Questioned Documents, Forensic Chemistry & Toxicology

Crime Detection, Investigation and Prevention (15%)

  12:30 p.m - 2:30 p.m
  Fundamentals of crim Investigation, Special Crime Investigation, Fire Technology and Investigation
  Drug Addiction and Vice Control, Traffic Operation and Accident Investigation, Technical English
  and Practice Court

Criminal Sociology, Ethics and Human Relations (15%)

  3:30 p.m - 5:00 p.m
  Introduction to Criminology, Criminal Justice System, Juvenile Delinquency
  Human Behavior and Crisis Management, Police Ethics and Community Relation, and
  Seminar on Contemporary Police Problems

One more thing - the deadline for filing of application to take the board exams for august 2008 will be on August 4, 2008, PRC Manila

ask lang po ako sa inyo ano po ba ang requirements for the board exam? at kailan po ang susunod na board exam?

as to the next board exam schedule, it will either be on march or may 2009, tapos either august or october 2008

Sa august 24 25 na po sir. U can still catch up. Deadline of filing is Aug 4. But be sure you are ready for the two day exam or it will cost you more money and time.

The exam for 2008 is August 24 and 25. Deadline for application is Aug 4 2008 as Matt have mentioned earlier. And the filing is personal bro. Porxy is not allowed. We hope you can catch up. If not, download some of the free files and start reviewing for the March 2009 Board exam.  ;D
