The newly constructed Precinct 7 at Gov. Pack Road, below SM Baguio is a welcome improvement. The building looks nice, however I don't understand why they have to make it transparent with all the glass walls. Like yesterday some people were there arguing at the front desk and you couldn't tell who's the complainant. All very visible to the passing crowd going to and coming from SM. ;D

And are those glass walls bulletproof?

i've noticed that building. and i think it's quite cool. i hope the police will do their job properly with that nice building.(tapno ada ganas na dayta nga napintas nga precint da) bout the transparency, that's errr just okay however the front desk shouldnt be visible to the public.( haven't been inside.)

information came to my braincells that the PNP is moving towards modernization (kuno  : ) from gadgets to firearms to office stations ...and its cool good to hear...that baguio is the target of the system project of model police office since the BCPO garnered the fame of being the best city pilice office entire the nation.

one advantage of an openly transparent workplace is that people can see that the police officers are doing their duties...unlike the old ones where u can see inside gamblers, alcoholics and even sex maniacs..bwa ha ha (i know a policeman charged for "sex while on duty"..)
