Until to what extent would you consider the CUSTOMER IS RIGHT?

Come to think of it... lahat tayo ay end-user ng mga commodities. tangible or intangible. Aminin din natin na BARAT tayo minsan if not most of the time. Mahilig na tayo sa tingi-tingi, nuknukan pa tayo ng kabaratan sa paghingi ng tawad (...la naman tayong kasalanan.... nye nye nye..).

But kidding aside. If you were to quantify, hanggang saan lang ba dapat pagbigyan ang mga hirit ng customers. Until where is the boundary of serving them? And when can we say that it's too much?

he he he, ako lagi akong customer eh kasi po di ako businessman.

Well, i dont really know how to quantify the extent of considering customer right, but its good not to quantify and not to put a mark to its extent so we could more enjoy being BARAT, he he he. i think there is a law on customer rights, di lang ako sure.

On the other hand, the control is usually in the hands of the businessman kung ayaw nia magpabarat wala ka ring magagawa eh ewan ko lang kung maipipilit pa ang customer right dito

hahahahaha... galing. sumagot agad. kase naisip ko lang, lagi natin sangkalan yang cliche na yan. sa mga resto kase, maski customer ang nakatapon or nakatabig, let's say nung drinks nila or napatid nila ung dumadaang waiter at natapunan sila, sila pa ung super taas ng boses at kung duruin ung waiter kala mo kung sino sila. d ba? gulo tlga ng mundo. hehehe...

listen to the customer's complaint - to see if there is some merit to it

acknowledge the customer's complaint - to make them feel important

do something about that complaint
> if it has some merit to it, offer a small discount to appease that customer
> if it does not have merit, explain to customer why.

remember the success of your business is dependent upon your customers. A satisfied customer will come back and perhaps bring 10 more. That's free advertising for you.

yeah ur ryt???baguiogal i will come back hundred times if im treated right....just and fair n heard my complaints...then im one who bring success to ur bussiness malay mo i will still introduce ur bussiness to my battallion of frens to be with me...when i come back...hahhahaha

as a costumers naman dapat alam din natin kung ano irereklamo natin and isipin natin na worth bang ireklamo ko? ahe! ako kase yung costumer na kung  di rin lang worth bat mo pa isasauli or irereklamo yaan mo na.

SUNSHINE, madaya ka ha?  Well, tama ka po dyan, masarap talaga maging customer lalo na pag service delight. Pero masaya din maging provider espcly pag ang profit is twice or thrice than projected.

REDFLAG, from experience ba ito? Isa ka bang mangangalakal at mukhang may masama kang karanasan? Joke  . Nice one po! U’ve cited one of the extremes yet realistic events sa society natin ngayon. Kaya nga ibang vendors sa mga tiangge, mataray na rin. May iba naman tlga kaseng abusado at wala na sa lugar. Sabi nga nila your right ends where the rights of others begin.  


YNNA, the peace-loving person… oo nga naman  : . Wag reklamo ng reklamo. Hehehe…What we say reflects what we are. So kakahiya nmn kung may nakarinig sa u na nagrereklamo ng super petty matter yet parang palengkera ang dating, kakahiya d b? If u feel and u rationally say so na dehado ka as customer then go for it. Be responsible of what we do.

He he he. Very interesting exchange of views and opinions on the subject. Hope you will consider my proposition. What if my business is kidnapping or carjacking? Will my customers(victims) be right in not paying me ransom and get killed in the process.

customer's right...........brain nothing left,,, left brain nothing right hahaha!
