I'd say all of the above, Mamdulz. But we have to do something about it. Suggest those taking MS Crim make a thesis on this mountin failures in Crim Board Examinations thru a formal survey. I'm willing to one of the respondents.

suggestion well taken sir junsy. we could make a collaborative research on the causes of failure in the board exam. let us prepare a reseasrch instrument (the survey questionnaire) and we will conduct the study by region para mas madali ang action later on..

Anybody who would want to take part in this research will be most welcome. just reply to this post or drop me an email. Seryosohin natin to. Hindi dapat solohin to as a research study of just one person or just one school considering the scale of the study.

_well mostly, it's on the part of the taker cause if he really wanna pass then probably he will do everything to do so.. what about tring to be RESOURCEFUL, or BOrrOW NOTES  from let's say COMPETENT SCHOOLs... ???
