The absence of a Criminology Law in the Philippines makes our profession under the state of calamity. We need to do something about this. Other fields (e.i Nursing) have their own law, why not for criminologists?

Many of us do not know that RA 6506 is not ours, RA 8551 is not ours too, kaya nga tayo nahihirapan sa sarili nating profession.

A circle of innovative professionals are doing the drafting process. The draft shall be launch sometime this year in Baguio City to be fully scrutinized by us before we can lobby it to our political affiliates in congress.

Whose major advocate is Atty. Rufus Rodriguez?

the more laws for this purpose, the better..anyway maconsolidate din naman yan later on. HB 3757 still untouch in congress, i hope it will also push through the soonest
