This is in response to the querry of sir junsy regarding OJT as per CMO 21 in another topic.
Let me just create this topic for info and issues on OJT.

In my school, what we do nowadays is simply following the Manual for Police Internship. This manual is basically my creation based on my personnal experiences, observations and benchmarking from other OJTs in the same field.

For those who may need a copy...just let us know...we may help
