Maitanong ko lang,ano ang masasabi mo sa death penalty and crime rate here in the Philippines? may research paper po kasi ako ginawa ngayon? as requirement i our subject LEA 12, kailangan ko po ang tulong mo and the rest of the rkm members. una dapat may dalawang questions related this topic death penalty and crime rate. At dapat may introduction 100 words, review of related literetures 300 words, analysis 500 words at conclusion 100 words.  At dapat mapasa ito next week. One week lang ang ibinigay na time to do these. Tulungan po nyo ako.

We used to have a law allowing death penalty thru lethal injection but it was later amended hence the discontinuance of the death penalty in our country. The question to ask is. . .Should we again allow the imposition of death penalty and under what conditions? Many reasons had been advanced for the removal of death penalty, foremost among them, its not a crime deterent. On the other issue, we can reduce crime rate by simply enforcing the laws without fear or favor and in accordance with our sworn duty.

personally. i want death penalty to be enforced in the country because as you have said it may reduce crime rates because it serves as a strong rod for crime deterrence. but i read a book on parole and probation and the author pointed out the the implementation of death penalty has never reduced crime rates and has no proven fact that it is an effective means as a crime deterrence. is this true?

once you have researched the answers, you may present rebuttals to their grounds, you may also research the grounds of the people who voted for its implementation and quote them in your research to buttress your rebuttals. cite the advantages and disadvantages of implementing death penalty... from all these you can come up with a rational conclusion based on the facts and data you have gathered... kaya yan... may internet naman...  ;D
