here in the philippines,what are the contemporary problems in police and military equipments like guns, automobile, boat,  helicopter, etc..

one of our professors pointed out the fact that almost all newly appointed pnp officers are not issued a gun once appointed for service, wala daw budget...try to visit police stations in your vicinity, makikita mo yung mga ibang pulis walang baril.

sa military naman, behind tayo sa equipment, kasi ang mga pinaglumaan ng US binibigay satin,,, kumbaga. tambakan tayo ng mga expired at paexpire nilang food supplies diba,,, well it also happens to military equipments, kaya kung magkaproblema at makigera satin ang US alam na nila weak points natin kasi sa kanila galing halos ng equipments natin, ridiculous national defense

The cited contemporary problems are not really contemporary in real sense since they have in these organizations long ago. I'll give you one. Its extreme unprofessionalism in these organizations that breeds more problems like corruptions, poor services, etc. You may focus on this.

It maybe true that we have problems on logistics in both the police and military but the bottom line of all is actually the human side of the organization. Personal greed, corruption in the organization.

in case you are going to report this in class. add the following:

lack of firearms if not defective
lack of handheld radio and mobile communication system if not defective
lack of ammunitions if not defective
lack of personal safety gadgets in patrol
lack of funds for logistic support if not defective people handling the organization, ganon na yon hehe ;D
