Passing the NAPOLCOM is the first step of the many steps in the recruitment process of the PNP. Assuming you are qualified, you will now be given authority to undergo physical and medical examinations. Most probably you will also be required to submit all your academic records and clearances. Granting you passed the medical exam and had all the clearances, you will be interviewed by the recruiting officer to further evaluate you fitness for police service.  If you passed all these processes, you are now ready for training upon signal. THe training involves both physical and academics. If you are physically and mentally prepared, its no sweat at all. Congrats and welcome to the world of SOCO, SWAT, CSI, etc of the police commnunity.
