i was told by an elder that in the Philippines, police response is quick and fast
if its measured by time, the PNP is most efficient.

In UK, police response to a crime incident is with in 20 min upon receipt of the call
In US and Canada, its 17 minutes as compared to 12 minutes in Japan....

In the Philippines, 3 minutes... ;D ;D ;D, if u know what i mean he he he

in fairness, the PNP officers are good into responding crimes. the problem is not them but the bureacratic system with in the organization. How can one respond without the gasoline of the mobile car? lack of handheld radios and other items? :-X

Re: Police Response to Crimes...How Efficient? 4 years, 10 months ago #2120

..which reminds me of an incident when i was in the philippines..like tinutukan ako ng double blade while forcing me to give my purse and cellphone along recto near isettan...to think na that is a police quarter..and where is the three minutes police alert...tsk tsk tsk!!..i was screaming but of no use..sayang lang effort kong sumigaw..lolz!!..
...you who wish to conquer pain..you must learn what makes me kind..the crumbs of love that you offer me...they're the crumbs i've left behind..your pain has no credential here..it's just the shadow of my wound...

i learned from a police friend that police officers nowadays mostly place themselves in a "safe state" by trying to slow down in responding to a criminal activity. this is because, according to him, many policemen usually die in response to a crime especially violent crimes like shooting incident.

para sa akin, parang defense or self protection muna bago serbisyo ang kanyang sinasabi. kaya, ewan ko kung dapat saluduhan o hinde tong police na to.

What a shame ... the public relies on them to be protected ... lucky criminals, pwede pang mag extend ang crimen ;D, mag OT, isuka pay hahaha. Theres a big difference of at least trying than nothing. It will take you to your grave >
