Are gays and lesbians creditable to be given special protection by the law? What existing laws do we have regarding homosexuals?

....i know nothing about laws and constitution, but in my simplest thoughts and analysis...they need not to be given special protection by the law, the mere fact that they're still considered as a human thus they should also be subjected and protected by the general law....in that case whatever protection you and i and the rest of the human race have in common, so as they may have also....a fair judgement and protection regardless of whoever you may be..... ;D

Right. I'm not homophobic but I don't like seeing gay activists shouting gay rights (or any other group) like their special that they have to have more protection from the law than everyone else.

Again. What made them so special that they think they deserve more than what everyone else gets?

ummm.. as far as i see from experience, gays are really plucky, so high-spirited and so madiskarte, "provident" compared sa mga lalakeng walang pinagyayabang kundi katawan lang pero irresponsible naman. they only become annoying, pissing off, disappointing when they become "malaswa", doing "yakee" stuff like dressing in a scandalous manner, acting like a promiscuous woman. so i don't have anything against the descent ones. la pa nmn akong nakaka-mingle na T-bird so far.

yap, nothing's so special about them for them to deserve special treatment, but equally, they only deserve ample respect that we sometimes neglect to give them.
