yes, i am.. but i'm not really afraid for myself.. i'm afraid for the people i love and care about.. i believe society pushes people to commit crimes.. it's not something innate in us.. it's just something fed by the corrupt society we live in.. ;D ;D

Well not all sins are illegal based on the law. Like having impure thoughts is not a crime but they say it's a sin hehe

theres this so called secular law which divides the laws into lex externa (external law) as the divine law, lex naturalis (natural law) and lex humana (human law). its has been said that the human law only becomes valid if it is not in colflict with the the other two laws.

the question of sin as a crime maybe considered under lex externa. christian philosophers would argue that sin would fall as a crime under the said moral law....in fact the original sin committed by adam and eve became the greatest crime of all time!

Bwahahaha

i remember sir SS in a review on criminal sociology talking about "crime is a normal thing in the society", accordingly, he said "its part of a healthy society" so now i wont forget what he call the "anomie theory".

.....crime does come in most unexpected moments...there are times when you thought a person cn't do such an agressive and disgusting actions but in the end you would believe he just did it.....thus, we could say its also a human thing...

What it means is that a crime to one society might not be a crime to others (example, Abortion is legal in some states in america, while in the Philippines abortion is a crime. Another example is Dog Eating in CAR is legal but according to Animal Welfare act it is a crime.
